Application

Suitable for used as universal air compressor oil for internal and external lubrication of air compressors with end temperatures that up to 220 °C.

Recommended for used for either normal or extreme-load lubrication of reciprocating and rotary drip-feed air compressors, as defined by ISO 6743.

Designed for the lubrication of rotors, gears and bearings in rotary compressors, particularly oil flooded screw type with oil drain cycles of up to 2000 hours under normal operating conditions.

• PRINCE® PI AIR-COM 51506 ISO VG 32 & 46 are recommended for use in oil flooded rotary compressors.
• PRINCE® PI AIR-COM 51506 ISO VG 68 & 100 are recommended for lubricating the crankcase and cylinders of reciprocating compressors.
• PRINCE® PI AIR-COM 51506 ISO VG 150 & 220 are recommended for sliding-vane compressors, as well as for lubricating reciprocating units at high ambient temperature.

Selection of the required viscosity grade should be based upon the compressor manufacturers’ recommendation.
